Valvoline employees offer to do jobs that are not on their work list if they know how to do the work and the boss allows...the best service comes from the businesses who allow their employees to use their skills beyond what the duty calls if they are capable...I'd say they really care about their customers

As a customer, this place is an awesome experience. Spoke with the owner a bit yesterday and she was actually interested in talking to me and gave advice on something that I never noticed (tire issues) that had nothing to do with my oil change. But that's why I am so happy is she helped me figured out what happened and was able to refer me to a shop in town based on my needs and was just awesome to talk with for 5-10 minutes. This is only my second time here but based on the last two times, I think they won my business for as long as they stay open :)

I went in to get an oil change on Friday September 20th. The service was great, waited not even 5 minutes for the car in front of me to finish up. Then they served me right away, it took 10 minutes for them to do my oil change and look over any potential other issues with my car. Marquis was FANTASTIC help the whole time walking me through what he was doing, constantly asking what I wanted and at the end of a service you get a free 25$ gift card for next time!
