I showed up at 4:30 PM, and there was no one in line. I had to pick my kid up from daycare at 5 PM. If there was anyone ahead of me, I def would have put off the badly needed oil change. They guided me in, and a nice young looking lad by the name of Russ came to the driver side window and asked me right away what I was thinking about getting done. I told him I I probably need an oil change and to take a peek at the transmission fluid. Both ended up needing to be changed, and they showed me both dipsticks, including rationale for both fluids needing the change. Due to time constraints, I opted for just an oil change, which took around 15 minutes to complete. The crew today was pretty young, looking with only one older guy who seemed pretty knowledgeable about the services they offer at this location. I might have missed it, but I didn't see them check any air filters. They definitely did show me an air filter. My only complaint is that they didn't remind me to call the valvoline store to get the coupon that offered every day via text message. All you have to do is call and follow the auto prompts until you end up with a text message for like 25$ off full synthetic oild change if you come in today. The thing is, the same coupon is offered every day, I think. One time, the dude working my care reminded me about it and saved me 25 bones.
